Continuing our look at the maternal side of Yeshua’s family we explore more about Mary, Elizabeth, Zechariah and John the Baptist. Discussing them brings us to other topics, such as: Wisdom of the Just. Advantage of the poor in the Kingdom. The House of David identified with the poor. Mercy to Israel. Miracle birth of Yochanan the Immerser / John the Baptist born to a Spirit-filled family. The tender mercy of our God. Promise for a new day.

When Miriam and Elisheva met on that wonderful day, with the miracles in their wombs, that was the first and start of the Messianic assembly! How exciting! The Paradigm shift began here with folks from Twigville, such a child-like name, royal heritage hidden at a lowly place! How great is YHVH Whom we serve!
Both the favoured (because they walk righteously) women recognised the calling upon their lives, bonded even more in their relationship with each other; just as the faithful remnant will bond wherever they meet! Amen!
HalleuYah! Ester.

What an amazing time in history. Our Saviour comes to dwell with us…the magnitude of that is beyond my ability to comprehend. The Awesome Love of Yah that he was willing to send Yahshua for us and what an incredible honor and blessing for Miriam. Not sure what your thoughts are on the lost book titled, “The Gospel of the Birth of Miriam,” attributed as a writing of Matthew but it adds for me another dimension to Miriam by looking into the life of her parents, Yoachim and Anna. And like your presentation of the parents of Yohanon, it seems very similar, in that they were unable to have children and very persecuted by others because of that. It seems they were very righteous in that they divided their substance into three parts; one devoted to the temple and the officers of the temple, another they distributed among strangers and the poor and the third they reserved for themselves. It seems that the high priest Isachar did not want to receive Yoachim’s offering, even though it was double, because he felt he was cursed for not having children. Yah answered their prayers and gave them Miriam; they responded to Yah by giving Miriam back to be trained in the temple….and so the story goes. For me it simply confirms scripture that Miriams family was righteous in the site of Yah as was Miriam. I think, like Abraham, Miriam walked righteously and was blessed beyond measure for this. I also stand in awe that Yahweh gave Miriam and Elisheva this responsibility together. I believe Yahweh often sends us what we need in support from others; what a compassionate God we serve.
Another thought/observation in my life, although I agree with you in that the Poor should rejoice in their ability to trust in Yah alone to meet their needs. I have not seen that to be the case in my life. I was raised very poor and really didn’t see those around me looking to Yahweh, it was actually those who weren’t that steared me on the path to Truth when I was young. Also, the richest person I know, gives away 90% of his money and lives on 10% - mind you that is still a lot of money; but he loves Yah although maybe not enlightened to the Truth; he truly is a servant and has used his wealth that way. I see my life’s walk like Paul, paraphrasing, I know what it is like to have nothing and to have plenty, but it is the condition of the heart that truly matters. For money is the answer to things - just the love of it that is evil. So, I agree with your point that others who have ought to give, I am just not so sure it is easier for the poor to trust and believe, since I believe it is not one’s monetary status but one’s heart. And as you have so elequently demonstrated, Yahshua’s immediate family and extended family were righteous in the site of Yah with a heart for Him and thus, blessed with the joy of the Spirit; one of them literally!
Shalom,
Christine

I agree Ester!, I never really thought about it like that (start of messianic assembly).
That is wonderful to consider and is a blessed insight!

Another beautiful picture of the family relationships going on here! Additionally I was impressed by the fact that the Set Apart Spirit spoke to each heart and in Yochanan’s case, was his teacher to prepare him for his job of making the way for Yahshua. Thank you for bringing these details to the forefront once again.
I have been away from these studies for a while as I have been so interested in the CD’s I have received but I now feel I must return to get your views from the beginning of your teachings. I don’t want to miss a thing!
Blessings ahd Shalom, Shelia

This message really awakened my soul to how deep we have assimilated into this earthly world. My husband and I both came from very modest and low income backgrounds and so, we proceeded out of college, something our parents had not been privileged to, and did what the world wanted us to do and not what our hearts wanted. To do it all over I’d be a vet for all the homeless rescue animals and my husband would be a missionary in the field, both of which would yield no income. Now we find ourselves at the end of this age, and many external factors are pushing us out of our comfort zones. It is very clear the 4 horsemen have been released, and many of us have lost a major chunk of our retirements for starters. Decisions must be made, and we are all like the deer standing frozen in the headlights. Our faith and love for our Creator and Savior and Ruach Hakodesh will guide us in our days ahead, but we must cling to Him. He’s calling us to “come out of her, my people.” And now, as it occurs to me how perfect His timing always is, I make this posting on Erev Yom Kippur, our message is to look inward and acknowledge our sins and turn away and repent. I’m the only one who can change me, to bring me closer to Him. We are not of this world, but most of us have gotten chained into the matrix in some form or another, and must of our own will and volition break this bondage. My Tsiyon sisters I’m sure can relate, that childbirth is really NOT fun, but what comes immediately after is one of His many special gifts to us. I personally really want to be a part experiencing that gift and know that it will take a lot of work and a lot of change, but the gift, the reward, and His love through it all will be so incredibly abundant in comparison. Blessings in Messiah, Kim

05 Yeshua’s Family Album Pg 2
Shalom! Many Blessings to Tsiyon, Eliyahu and Dawn! This ministry is anointed by the Ruach HaQodesh! Praise to YHWH for being a covenant making and keeping G-D! The one TRUE G-D! Praise to YESHUA for being the ultimate blameless sacrifice, our ransom paid in full.
I am so thrilled to get some the questions that I had from program 4 answered here in program 5! It is amazing how Biblically dumb I am and I have read the whole book more than a few times in my life! I love how the light bulb cord keeps getting pulled! Yahoo! Woot ! Woot! I love how each time I see/hear the scriptures something new and exciting jumps out at me!
Thank you for explaining how Elisheva (Elizabeth) is related to Miriam (Mary). The meeting between Elisheva and Miriam was so prophetic! WOW!!! I loved how Elisheva welcomed Miriam!
I didn’t realize/remember that Zakharya was a priest! Somehow I had missed that part before. {O.o} After the angel Gabriel made Zakharya mute, I wonder if Zakharya gave himself a *face palm* for not believing what the angel had said to him about Elisheva before becoming mute! My heart was touched when Zakharya finally speaks after 9 months of silence as he praises YHWH! It was amazing when Elisheva and Zakharya named Yochanan! What a life Yochanan was born to lead and how he did it in such righteousness!
I agree with your statements regarding the rich, the poor, and who G-d will be using to do his work in this last generation. They will come from the most unlikely and unconventional backgrounds. I praise YHWH that we always had enough, more than enough most times. I admit at one time I had a shopping problem and HE cured me when we lost our house to foreclosure and lost all our credit. A very humbling experience but we always said that if we lost the house then it would be the will of G-d and will go where he sends us. We have downsized considerably, yet with the rising cost of living we are now living week to week. The fact of the matter is today, my husband and I are happier now than we have been in years as we have a better relationship with YHWH too!
I am looking forward to meeting more of Yeshua’s family. I am sure there are a few I do not know!
Still amazed and seeking to learn more.
Shalom!

It is saddening in a way that so many will read over these scriptures and will not understand the fulfillment of the prophecies for the House of David and for the House of Ysrael forever. But then, that was prophecied, too. And one day the blindness will be lifted and many more will understand and believe these wonderful truths.

tecknon Theos! Sons of God. Shalom.
As many as receive Yeshua Messiah, to them has YHWH given the power to become His sons. To become reborn in this life as those who manifest Yeshua, His brethren, others sons of YHWH.
He was a man, a simple humble working man. He had really close and loving family. He lived right , He did right , He was without sin. Somehow He managed a lifestyle that allowed Him to fulfill righteousness within His family unit. He had loving support. For how could you not have loved Him, He is the Son of God, and had to have been pretty cool to be around.

Greetings to all,
I would call this the real first family. The World would not write the story this way.The Savior would have to be from the best of current status able to be a strong, proud, lad, best family, wealthy, charming, etc. But this is no ordinary story. From the poor he came to seek the lame ,sick, and poor. The very ones the Bad Shepard’s neglected. The joy that this Family shared was the “First Fruits” of Y’shua’s power and ministry. To read of Yochanan leaping in the womb is cool. And to follow the various experiences of this Family tells us a lot that is often overlooked. One that grabbed me is “He has remembered his servant Israel”. for those that still thought Yahweh was done with Israel,in the coming of Y’shua. Ding….Ding….Ding… Another K.O. for the Scripture sorting out misconceptions. In the Christian Churches is sung a song called “Oh! Happy Day!” and I could hear it playing the day Mary sung her song in Luke 1: 46-55.
Blessings to all
Fred

Greetings,
I am struck by the prophecies given by the Holy Spirit through the two mothers-to-be. I know I’ve read these in the past but He has opened my mind to new things in His word.
I find it hopeful that God uses the lowly to do His work. That is encouraging for me. It’s clear He can do so much more with a ‘willing heart’ than with a selfish, greedy one.
I love Yeshua’s words, “What does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul?”
Praise His Name.
Shalom!
Don

As I continue to listen to these programs, I truly am beginning to understand the how’s and why’s Yahweh has allowed certain events in my life. I have come to understand it is not what you have, but what you do with what you have… Our partriarchs were not poor men. However, the closer you are to living styles that remove you from the temptations that come with the world, the better the opportunities to draw closer to Yahweh.

One of my favorite statements out of this is ” everything that God says is possible” When He says for us to trust Him to provide for our needs,do we trust Him ? It’s so easy to stress and worry over what’s going to happen after our economy collapses. Are we going to be able to get food and other supplies ? YaHuWaH gives us so much Grace. Even the Israelites in the wilderness were provided for. Even the birds are provided for, how much more so are we if we only believe ?

Yet another instructive teaching. I’ve heard common teaching that people weren’t filled with The Holy Spirit until after Pentecost and that before the Spirit only came upon people. I didn’t really give that doctrine much thought until I heard this broadcast. It’s there in scripture but I didn’t seem to notice it before. This is a great portion of scripture to prove that doctrine wrong and toss that assumption out of my mind. I have been reading my Bible daily for about 5 years and I am a bit ashamed I didn’t notice that. I do feel God has given me discernment especially in the area of gross heresy but some of the more subtler errors are a little more elusive. I take this as a learning experience to be more aware. His Spirit does lead us into all truth.

Why did Yahweh make Zechariah mute? We know that Zechariah had some trouble believing the Word that the angel brought to him. But was it just because of his doubt that he became mute (like a punishment) or did Yahweh have another reason? Zechariah was a priest and so then he would have had authority in the spirit realm and we know that our tongue sets on fire the course of nature, how much more a man of great spiritual authority. Did Yahweh want Zechariah to keep his mouth shut so that he would not speak any words that were contrary to Yahweh’s Word? We read that when Yahweh’s Word was fulfilled and John was named – Zechariah spoke and he blessed Adonai with his mouth. Maybe during those nine months of silence Zechariah spent time studying the messianic prophecies so that he not only knew them but believed them to be true and thus was able to speak and prophesy as he did at the naming of his son.

This is an amazing message for two reasons!
1) I finally feel like I am getting to know Yeshua, a true knowledge, a personal knowledge that just never came as part of the church or in the Greek mindset. Thank you so much!
2) I’m poor! Not very poor, I am comfortable, but I have been poor as I paid off my debts and God has sent provision to me through his servant DawnP, without whom I would have (literally) starved to death. We must have open eyes to the condition of people around us that we might be able to help. I admit a failing here, although I do try. But the Lord has keep me poor, and given me no heart for possessions at all. I thankful for this too!
I like the idea that Zechariyah might have been studying for the nine months he was silenced… I also think it’s amazing that God came to Zechariyah when he was in the temple serving. He would have been part of one of the courses.. serving on maybe just one day in the year. Yahweh’s timing is always perfect!

What a wonderful insight into the Messiah’s family. Eliyahu and Dawn paint a vivid picture with their words, so that I could almost see these two blessed women rejoicing along with the children in their wombs. My spirit also jumped for joy as I listened to the words spoken by Miriyam and Elisheva.
I agree with all of the comments above, and must admit that, like Ginny, I now feel that Yeshua and our Father YHWH are so much more real to me. I honestly thought that I had a deep relationship with Messiah before I was aware of the prophecies concerning the remnant, I now realise that it was a very shallow relationship. Thanks to the Spirit opening my eyes, my life continues to change daily as I really come to know Yeshua. Learning about HIS precious family and how they overcame everything has been such a revelation. Thank you.

This is my second time listening to these programs on Yeshuas family.
I love them. Unlike any other teaching I’ve ever heard. I keep stressing that because it confuses me as to why the pastors coming out of our seminaries dont have any of this information. You go to church, you hear the same sermons over and over and its like you never recieve anything new or insightful.
I know that the Roman Greco mindset is taught in the seminaries, and i know they try to push the “jewishness” as far away as possible, so I suppose thats why we never hear anything close to what the true meaning or context is in scripture. My pastor just said last week at church, “we (the church) have no part in Israel”.
Having my mind transformed by the “jewishness” has opened my eyes and scripture and its just so hard to continue listening to the old “roman-greco” teachings.
Anyway…………this series in truly wonderful and I pray the Yahweh will prepare the hearts of people to recieve this message. I have a few in mind at the moment that I want to share these programs with and then there are a few who I have shared it with and they wont have any part of it.
God is Faithful to His covenant promises. Praise Him that it doesnt count on us…..whew would we be in a mess!
It was neat to see that Mary was prophesying. She, a humble lowly woman of the house of David with the incarnate Son in her womb. She saw the hugeness of the blessing of being the chosen one to carry the Son of God in her womb. And the covenant promise being fullfilled.
I love the fact that God uses the poor and the humble of the world to carry out His plans. Growing up poor, produce character in me because there wasnt all the “excess of worldliness” to want. We never needed for anything either. Its amazing how little we can live on and how happy we can be.
I love to think of the whole family (Zechariah, Elizabeth and Yochanon) as being spirit filled. ( That is my prayer for my family). To look at your baby and know, really know through the spirit, that he belonged to the Lord………what a blessing, what an annointing on Zechariah.
Thank you Tsiyon for all your hard work and God Bless.

What an awesome picture of salvation, Spirit filling with prophecy and faith. This happened so before the day of Pentecost (Shavout). Bless God for His tender mercies towards us! Store up your treasures in Heaven, give to help others, especially the Messianic Remnant and the Poor in the nation of Israel.

Hello all,
Excellant program Eliyahu. You are a hundred percent right being poor is so good because you do need to rely on Yah. When you got a ton of money where’s the faith to trust him. When you have nothing all you have is him and when he does bless you you’re even more greatfull. I’ve been through the prosperity gospel crap and it pains me to see these people that already have nothing giving these multi millionaires their 100 Dollar seed for absolutely nothing. It makes me angry that I gave these liars any of my money but you know what I did it because I was greedy and wanted more money and a new car not because I loved Yahweh. I tithe to this ministry because I love Yahweh and his prophet not because I’m looking for something. My reward for giving to you is knowing that my money is going to THE ministry of these end days. Keep on going Eliyahu. Step…no STOMP ON PEOPLES TOES IF THATS WHAT YOU MUST DO BUT KEEP ON DOING YAHWEHS WORK SIR. I LOVE YOU AND AM OVER JOYED TO KNOW IM PART OF A MINISTRY THAT WAS SPOKE OF IN REVALATION! and with that I’m gonna go for now. Have a nice day
Comment by Lin on December 21, 2011 at 6:09 pm
Many of us sure have been deceived about the whole money thing. How correct you are about believing we don’t need God when we have a pocket full of money, yet empty in everything else. My best times in life have always been when YHVH had to show up daily to feed and clothe me, they are my best memories. For what shall it profit man if he shall gain the whole world and lose his own soul?? As a nation we have bought, hook line and sinker, into the god of mammon. Especially during these days, men are fainting from fear both because they are losing their wealth to the corrupt banksters and they have no knowledge of the Truth. Indeed, how difficult these days are for those who know not God.
When Dawn was reading about the time of John’s birth, for the first time I realized that Mary most likely stayed until the birth of John so she could see first hand what she herself would be going through in childbirth. I just smile at great love our Father has for us in the details of our lives.
Thank you again for bringing light to His Truth.
