The Father and the Son Their Relationship #19
Posted by TsiyonMay 13
[60 mins in mp3] The Greco-Roman theological concept that seeks to explain God, commonly referred to as the Trinity, often leaves people confused. What is right about the Trinity? What is wrong with it? Does it leave any vital information out of the “God formula?” Can a Hebraic perspective give us deeper insight into the nature of that relationship of the Father and the Son? What IS the nature of the relationship of the Father and the Son? Do we have any common ground with that relationship to understand it? What does it really mean that Yeshua is called the “Son of God?” What do the Scriptures really tell us about that? This program cuts through the confusion. Don’t miss it!

It’s hard to unlearn culture when you live in it. Some people don’t have the advantage of a good example to have guided them, yet find themselves having to be guides.

Love is the reason, obedience is the how….I think that is an awesome statement. I also think it is the downfall in many relationships that I have seen both between couples and between individuals and Yah. Somehow HaSatan has convinced so many that Yah is Love and that HIS Love is all encompassing and is a gift that requires nothing from us. Although, it truly is a gift, however to constitute a relationship there needs to be a response…a response of obedience. And as you so eloquently stated, the perfect example is right before our eyes between Our Heavenly Father and His Son, our Saviour. We see perfect fellowship which is what we should strive for with each other.
One thing I wondered is you mentioned that God is never referred to in the feminine. And, I do agree that He is described as Our Father. I wondered what you thought about the fact that the Holy Spirit is translated as a feminine noun. And I am assuming you will address this later as you stated when you were referencing the Spirit.
Shalom,
Christine

I am very happy that the Father and the Son have decided to allow us to be part of their family and that this eternal family is based on love not on control as in the world’s systems. When love is preeminent there is no reason to not submit and obey because then there is trust.

Another wonderfull program. There is a good development that I am getting.I am starting to see the scriptures in a linear fashion.Almost as a fixed beginning with all that has happened in between.Through the days of the prophets through to Y’shua through to us.Understanding this relationship gives us the inside “story” if you will that explains all things. The Unity expressed with their relationship is our best guide against the world’s lessons that serve to inslave us, if you will.Taking away “Submission” or “Obey”,you would not have Y’shua.
Also during this hour I had a feeling of the absolute power that Y’shua must posses.Going back to the Linear since of all time.As we trevail he has the power to overcome all and knows all that we will ever face.Pretty convincing reason to get to know him and walk with him.Exciting to know he is there waiting for you ,me and all of us before we were even created.I could think of nothing more I could submit to and obey than this Creative force of everything. It is us and wants to be us.It seeks us and calls to us.The World fights our nature and Y’shua’s nature holds us in comfort through any trial. As Paul said our “moment” on the stage is so small in the big picture.
Unity=Love Obey=Apply Father=Son
Blessins to all

Let your Bible do the talking,
more like Yeshua do the walking!
Father, Son one in the same,
Feel the love, Praise their names!
Know the Son, know the Father,
Holy Spirit will take you farther.
Teach Your ways, we must observe,
calling all who chose to serve!
Obey the Words that you hear,
Holy redemption will draw near!
Father wants more Sons of Glory,
heed the call of this story.
Sons of God will be revealed,
know these truths, they are real!

If you love Me, you will keep my commandments…Faith (in who He is, and what He is about)works by love. Love is said to be an action verb. If you love someone, you do what is best for them. Yahweh loves us, He does what is best for us. We love him, we acknowledge and do those things that He tells us to because it is in our best interest. The Ruach Hakodesh connects us to the Father and the Son. The Ruach Hakodesh knows what is the mind/will of the Father.
We can trust Yahshua to give us exactly that which the Father has ordained. There is no conflict between the Father and the Son. A lot of misunderstanding could be cleared up if we would study the ancient hebrew. If we understand the middle eastern culture and how relationships worked together, it would be easier for us in the western culture to understand this relationship between the father and the son. One of the reasons why it is so important for us to put on Yahsua is so that others will see the Father.
In Isaiah 11:2-4: And the Holy Spirit of Yahweh shall rest upon Him, the Holy Spirit of wisdom and knowledge, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirt of judgment and of the fear of Yahweh: and He shall not judge after the sight of His eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of His ears: But with righteousness shall He judge the poor, and decide with equity for the meek of the earth…
This passage is written of Yahshua and we can be sure that it is the very character of Abba Yahweh.
The natural man cannot receive these things, they are foolishness to him.
A man must be born again…

Greetings,
All of my life I had been taught and trained to stand up on my own two feet. I have adopted the mindset that if you want something done right do it yourself. I have set the bar very low for my fellow man and I have grown to expect very little from them.
While this attitude reduces the stress and frustration associated with living in this world it also fosters independence. I always thought that was a good thing and in some respects it is, but in me it caused me to rely less on God for the things that are important, like fellowship and guidance.
This program is forcing me to look closely at the relationship that Yahweh has with Yeshua. Their love and fellowship and oneness.
I had always resisted the thought that Yeshua was somehow less than the Father but now I understand that He was speaking of the authority that the Father has over Him. I know now that Yeshua would have it no other way. I am getting use to the term “The God Family”. I like it. It explains or makes sense of the hierarchy of the Father and the Son relationship without diminishing the Son or taking His divinity away. They are ONE. The Father and the Son are ONE.
It sure is comforting to know that Yahweh doesn’t expect us to fully understand these concepts. But I don’t have to FULLY understand them in order for me to love and honor and obey and serve Him and His Son.
Shalom.
