Kingdom Questions #42
Posted by TsiyonOct 27
This program fills in a lot of the blanks about “the Good News of the Kingdom.” This is a vital but grossly neglected message. H. G. Wells wrote: “This doctrine of the Kingdom of Heaven, which was the main teaching of Jesus, and which plays so small a part in the Christian creeds, is certainly one of the most revolutionary doctrines that ever stirred and changed human thought.” As the Good News of the Kingdom is unfolded in this program your heart will surely be stirred as you learn the deeper and wider truth of what your Father in Heaven is storing up for you! Trust us - this is not the same old thing you have heard a million times before! This is your chance to hear the Good News of the Kingdom with the ears of first century Israelites listening to Messiah’s message for the first time. If this doesn’t stir you to greater depths of love and service in your walk with Messiah then you must not be paying attention!

Great message. I heard this program months ago. I didn’t realize until I heard this program, that I didn’t hear the whole gospel of the good news or that the whole gospel of the good news, (the gospel of the Kingdom), wasn’t being preached throughout the earth. (only the death and resurrection of Messiah Yeshua(Jesus) and we can enter into a relationship with Him by accepting what Messiah did for us) is the common gospel we here today. That is only part of the message of the good news. So much is missing in the message that is being preached today. There is more to this message of the good news that needs to be preached. Also, what a difference in thinking that, going to Heaven to be with Yahweh(which is a common way of thinking among believers today) vs Yeshua is coming here to be with us. Yeshua & His kingdom is coming here to the earth to be with us. And this is found in so many places in the Scriptures. (How awesome is that). The believers in Yeshua’s day understood this better than the believers who preach today.
The Messianic hope is ruling with the Messiah in the Kingdom on the earth.
which is over and through Israel and over the rest of the earth
I am learning so much here at Tsiyon ministries through this talmidim program.

What an awsome God we serve. It is amazing to me how He has been working with mankind ever since Adam and Eve fell, gradually bringing us under His leadership. Like a wild horse that needs to be bridled and refined, mankind will come into line with YHWH’s original plan. Mankind, not wanting to be subject to His leadership, is gradually learning that being under His leadersip is like falling under a loving Father - not like being in subjection to a wicked ruler, as man himself is. This message has expanded the picture in my mind of what the future Kingdom will be like. With the concepts of the Davidic Kingdom being in place from past teachings, I can see how the Prophetic Scriptures about the future Kingdom, that always seemed like some fairy tale to me, can actually happen here on Earth. Thank you for broadening my vision.

Wow, let me start by seconding Israelifolkdancer. The “Good News” has been spit in two.We get the one part about his death and resurection, but what about the Kingdom.I think this is a fact of laziness through doctrine. It is easy to say “He died for my sins” it is a bigger thing to learn our responsibilities to our King in his Kingdom. We want it quick and easy and dont want to conform to God.Well clearly this is not going to work for either of us.We need to join Yeshua in Heralding his Kingdom, and getting caught up to our Jewish predecesors to what this Kingdom actually is. I am still trying to come to terms with this happening here, that is a big step from where we are now.But I am making sure when I speak of ,or here, the term “Good News” to make sure people get the other half.
Blessing to the Talmidim Students

Good News of the Kingdom, is Yeshua’s main message,
essential in it’s place, He has established it’s passage!
Early Jewish believers, all knew what it meant,
the Kingdom of God, is Yahweh’s Israeli government!
Yeshua has reached, an uncommon ground,
the prophets are where, His story is found!
The government will rest , firmly on His shoulders,
no more rebellion, all the remnant He gathers,
new heaven and new earth, Jerusalem at it’s center,
this is where, the first century believers, all do enter!
The Kingdom of God, is something they all know,
Yeshua taught naught, of what they had been told!
The prophets have spoken , of what the Messiah would do,
fulfilling these truths, has the authoities worried too!
Yeshua will restore, the Holy Davidic line,
His government to rule, all a matter of time!
Kingdom of god, is restoration of the Garden,
help restore what was lost, you, receiving a pardon!
Blessed are those that are meek, yet teachable,
the truth about God, is that all things are possible!
Suffering servant, first century doesn’t comprehend,
government of God, unknown to modern man!
Hebraic part of Gospel, has been so left behind,
learn the Hebraic parts, to acheive The common (like) mind!

The kingdom of heaven has been understood by many in the church as “heaven”. Mainly because we have been ignorant of the hebraic culture, and have been taught by those who have a greco-roman mindset.
People are crying for a just government that is uncorrupted by the lusts of men. There will be those who will rejoice at the realization that Yahweh will be coming to us and that a just government will be seen on earth.
How awesome it will be to be governed by Yahweh. As it is written, Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth…
Israel is the land that is our inheritance. Renewed people, renewed land.
Seek you first the kingdom of Yahweh, and all His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. To follow Yahshua where He leads. To finish the work He gives to each person, is what perfects our faith.
Abraham’s faith took him to places he had never been in obediance to Yahweh. He was blessed with wealth and substance. He was given a reputation of being the friend of Yahweh. He was not a perfect man, for because of fear he lied; however, he did what Yahweh asked.
May we who are a part of the body of the Messiah, find the strength and purpose to do the same.

Wow! It is amazing to see God’s plan. What is even more amazing is to know that his plan has been the same since the foundation of this world. I have seen in scripture times where God “relents” or changes his mind but on the short term plans, but when Yahweh says He will do something, it will be done. It is amazing that generations later we are joining with the “heroes” of our faith on the same Journey to Tsiyon.
“Your Kingdom Come” Yahweh!

Wow! Great teaching on the Kingdom of God. It’s a real thing. This certainly clears up any confusion I had about where we will be forever. I had no good answer to the question about where will we spend eternity, in heaven vs. here on Earth. I was sure we would spend the first 1000 years on Earth with Yeshua. After that I wasn’t sure. The scriptures concerning the New Jerusalem, the new Heavens and the new Earth were just kind of “out there” without any concrete meaning. Looking at it from a Hebrew mindset it makes sense.
All of the scriptures from the prophets in the Tenach align perfectly with those of the writers of the New Testament. It’s clear that the Hebrews in the first century already knew about the Kingdom and that the Messiah would be the King. I believe that most of the followers of Yeshua in the first century thought it was going to be established in Yeshua’s day, not some 2000 years later.
I am thinking how obviously different life will be in the Kingdom compared to now. There seems that there will be two types of inhabitants on the earth. Those of us that will be gathered together with Messiah at the time of His second coming (in our glorified bodies) and then those that will be here already. I guess those that make it through the tribulation period. The earth will then need to be repopulated and “nations” will be re-established in some sense. Yeshua will be the King and will rule the nations. He will be the source of the total peace over the earth. How wonderful is that??
Looking to learn more about the Kingdom in the next programs.
Shalom,
Don

What a blessing from Yahweh to hear about the Kingdom in this way. As I ponder all this it becomes very exciting to me. I have never heard the Gospel in this way before and it is crucial to understand this aspect because of what we as followers of Yeshua The King can expect now and ultimately in the culmination of His Kingdom. I look foward as I’m sure any sane and rational man would to the restoration of Paradise as Yahweh originally created with my blessed Savior as King wherein dwelleth righteousness. This teaching has made an impact on me which I’m truly grateful for. I am excited to receive more.

This was a great followup to Messiah establishing His physical kingdom.
It was neat to see how the listeners of His day would have understood the kingdom much better than we do today for so much time has passed and culturally we just dont think the way they were taught or lived.
If theres one thing that has become clear to me in this paradigm shift I’ve gone thru, its that the New Covenant cant be understood without an understanding of the Old. Its so hard to listen to friends today who say that the Old has been “done away with”. I know that I have to be understanding. Understanding that TORAH is Yahs way of righteousness makes me want to learn it all the more. He lived it perfectly, why shouldnt I give it my best shot. We so need the Old Covenant scriptures. They were inspired by Yah himself, why would we want to de-value them?.
Wont it be something when Yahs kingdom is HERE on earth, with us His children. No more war, no more TALKING about peace, no more unrighteousness, no more tears…………….Messiah ruling with His govt, just the way Yah planned it from the very beginning in the Old covenant scriptures! NOW THATS GOOD NEWS!
May we all be teachable, humble, ready to let it all go and follow Him and always be ready to give an answer for the Hope that is in us.
We dont have to have it all figured out, we just have to trust. Thats GOOD NEWS for this pilgrim.
I’m so thankful to be learning the scriptures in a Hebraic way.
Shalom
