Kingdom Curses #46
Posted by TsiyonNov 24
“Kingdom Curses” is admittedly a strange theme, since the Kingdom is meant to bless all mankind. Nevertheless, in Biblical Hebraic teaching blessings for some nearly always involve curses for others. Accordingly, in Matthew 23 we find Messiah cursing the chief priests and scribes for their crimes against the Kingdom. He says; “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! Because you shut up the Kingdom of Heaven against men; for you don’t enter in yourselves, neither do you allow those who are entering in to enter.” In a scathing rebuke He calls the Jerusalem leaders such things as hypocrites, blind guides, blind fools, serpents, offspring of vipers and murderers of the prophets and the righteous. More than that, He pronounces curses of woe, destruction and the lake of fire upon them! Many find such words shocking coming from the mouth of our gentle Messiah. Finally, you will understand these words in their true context in this teaching. (Matthew 23:14)

How sad that we have many leaders today as well as in the past, who do do not have eyes to see, and ears to hear. Hillel being an example, who didn’t really know the Torah at all. They just want to to follow their own path. & many people followed Hillel and these corrupted leaders. Yeshua wanted these people to repent and to protect them. & these people were unwilling to repent.
How amazing that it was the sinners(including tax collectors & prostitute)who repented and was able to enter into the Kingdom & the self righteous religious leaders were unrepentant & closed to the truth.
I think it is amazing that the Glory of (Yahweh) was standing in human form in the 2nd temple in front of many people. How could anyone miss that & not recognize Him.
I am also understanding the parables better. (more enlightenment) Thank U.

This teaching explains the history of the Jews to me as never before. I can see how the curses have followed the Jews and Israel from generation to generation when they refuse to accept Yeshua as their Messiah. We are at that crossroads again when the wheat are being separated from the chaff. Thank you for making these parables alive and real as never before.

Baruch haba b’shem Adonai!
“Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!
Impress this on your mind, don’t let it get bored!
Yeshua is the answer, to what is ailing us,
let Him open your mind, garnering His trust!
It is not fair you see, it is kind of sad you see,
that they, chose not to believe, in His Way!
The love of God from above, searching hearts,
cold hearted religon, leaving doubts!
Seperation, as only Yeshua can acheive,
your wedding invitation, planning to recieve?
Correct clothing will be required,
in these robes of righteousness be attired!
Yeshua corrected teacher, Hillel,
who is to correct, present day pastors, do tell?
It is more, than just belief in Yeshua,
obedience is the key,
even the demons believe in Yeshua,
what about workers of iniquity?
Much wisdom to learn, from parables Yeshua spoke!
Today’s religous leaders, are harnessed in a yoke!
They can’t understand, what is being said,
their church doctrine, much like living dead!
They forget the Words, we are instructed to remember,
recieve the curses, of being a good church member!
“Woe to you”, to those who choose not to hear,
The Words of the prophets are spoke for our ears!
It is time to realize, the Words , God has sent,
return to the Word, believe and repent!

Yah does not take pleasure in the death of the wicked. The wages of sin is death. To remain unrepentant brings judgment as is described in this program. It is sad that so many will die in their sin.
A prayer that our family and friends will not ignore the call of our Messiah.

Thanks for continually reminding me that Yeshua is the King of Israel. Growing up and learning about Him, He was always the Son of God, our Savior, our Redeemer. In Revelation He comes back as King of kings and Lord of lords. While He was on this earth I never really thought of Him as King with an active Kingdom. That’s probably because I didn’t understand what the Kingdom of Heaven was. Nobody in my Christian circle had a good answer to the question, “What is the Kingdom of Heaven”? I never heard a real teaching on the that question. I was in a Bible study once that tried to tackle that question but could only come up with some spiritualization of Romans 14:17 “For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit”.
Once I started thinking Hebraically and learned that Yeshua was the Heir to the Throne of Israel and was the rightful King of Israel as a man, this teaching makes sense. These parables He speaks to the Pharisees, and the others who were trying to entrap Him, make more sense.
Thanks also for reminding me that Yeshua was a man in every sense and yet He had no fear. He knew He had the power to call upon His Father at any moment and YHWH would send 12 legions of angels (Matthew 26:53), but He didn’t. He stood up to these people and told them like it was even though He knew that they would be the ones to kill Him in a few days.
His judgements on the unbelieving house of Israel for their rejection of Him as Messiah and King of Israel are sobering. My question (that I’ve had for sometime) remains without any reasonable or sane answer, “why would anyone not want to believe in Him?”.
Shalom,
Don

I have received some revelations from this program. One that interested me was the definition of hypocrites as actors and how that was viewed in that time period. Sometimes I forget that things back then are really not that different than today. Another powerful revelation was how Yeshua as King was using his authority to pronouce curses to the unbelievers. This is really enlightening as to why things are the way they are. The most powerful revelation was how Yeshua was the glory of the temple standing right in it. I’m sure I’ll understand the scriptures more fully and in a new light because of these revelations.
