Tsiyon has a heart for Messianic leaders.

You are called to serve Messiah by serving His flock, and that is a blessed privilege, though a personally demanding one. Your foremost task is to keep your own walk with Messiah straight and steady on the mark, becoming an example to the flock in all things. Then, you must constantly be minding your teaching, that it is as true and beneficial as you can make it. The flock looks to you to help guide them through the maze of error and deception to the waters of life. That is a big responsibility that you have taken on. That responsibility is probably most keenly felt on a personal level as you are called upon by your brethren to give them personal help and guidance dealing with life’s problems in the midst of the complex problems of this confused and difficult age.

Besides all of that there are the constant attacks of the enemy on every front, from inside, from outside and sometimes even from among the ones you love. Make no mistake, the enemy seeks to wear out and destroy the effectiveness of Messiah’s ministers - and the alarming part is that he seems to succeed in many cases.

With all of this to deal with why would anyone choose to be a Messianic leader?

Only one reason makes sense. Love - Love for Messiah, for His Word, and for His flock. Love enough to answer the call and to give your all! In all that you do, be encouraged; “For God is not unrighteous, so as to forget your work and the labor of love which you showed toward his name, in that you served the holy ones, and still do serve them.” Hebrews 6:10

If you are already in Messianic leadership we want to bless you in your life and in your ministry because of your labors of love for Him. If you aspire to Messianic leadership but have not yet taken the plunge we are so glad that you aspire to leadership! More effective leaders are needed to shepherd the flock of God. In that case, we want to uplift and assist you to take up the leadership that is on your heart. We have found that some potential leaders live in places where there are no Messianic congregations.
