“There will be signs in the sun, moon, and stars.” Luke 21:25
And when He had opened the sixth seal, I looked, and behold, there was a great earthquake.
And the sun became black, like sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood.
	And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, even as a fig tree casts her untimely figs when she is shaken by a mighty wind. And the heaven departed like a scroll when it is rolled together. And every mountain and island were moved out of their places. Revelation 6:12-14

PREPARE TRIBESMEN!!! This lesson is an eye opener. There is coming a day soon when Yahweh will shut the door, and repentance will not be accepted any more. The wicked will be judged and condemned, but the righteous will come through and have victory. HAllelujah!!! Lets keep our hearts “kosher”, and our minds renewed in Yeshua. Great lesson Eliyahu, keep the hammer down buddy!!! Shalom to you all!!!

Thanks for explaining the difference between the two prophecies dealing with the darkened sun along with the blood red moon vs the fully blacked out moon (and stars) and the timing of each.

Man-O-man, E, you painted a very vivid picture of the “terrible day of the Lord”. It was very cool, but frightening for those unbelievers. But it’s not like He didn’t give them every last chance to come over to the good side. I like your description of the “darkened sun and the blood red moon” as being a “shot over the bow”, a last wake up call for those with any sense of right and wrong left in them. If that doesn’t do it for them then their blood is on their own hands.
This is extremely exciting stuff for overcoming, remnant, believers. Is that redundant?
On the one hand it’s too bad that we can’t just fast forward to the good times and skip the rough stuff. But on the other hand I guess Yahweh still needs to separate out some more of the chaff from the wheat.
Stay focused like a laser. Keep our eyes on the prize and persevere to the end!

Ya know what I like about this revelation study………..it makes so much sense! Its something that literally will happen one day. Yes theres symbolism throughout, yet its so literal too. Thanks Eliyahu for showing us that.
The 2 different prophecies about the moon and sun and stars was so cool to understand.
It makes more than perfect sense that there will NOT be a pre tribulation rapture, for Matt. 24:29-31 says, Immediately AFTER the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, the moon will not give its light, and the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. And then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky with power and great glory. And He will send His angels with a great trumpet and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other.
No pre-trib rapture. This verse tells us WHEN the elect will be gathered. AFTER the tribulation. Our hearts will be tested, we will go thru the trials, the sifting process is in motion. May we be found worthy to usher in the millennial kingdom with Messiah Yeshua!

That was so neat to see that the earth would be enveloped in total blackness and amid that, our Messiah will break thru the sky with this glorious light and angels following Him. O Happy Day!!!!!!!

Another excellent example of the parallel prophecies in the first century and the final days. These signs were fulfilled in the first century which gave men a chance to respond then later the destruction came. We in the last days will experience the same things on a global scale. This information is critical to understand to know the timing and purpose of these things.
What a terrible time this will be but in all this Yahweh will give man a chance to repent and turn to Him.
On The Day Of The Lord when all the heavenly bodies are darkened Yeshua and His angels will be coming which will emit their glorious light for all to see and at this time the resurrection will occur. It seems the things of the temporal age have made way for the eternal.
