The 21st day of the Biblical Hebrew month starts at:
sunset on the 28th through sunset on the 29th of the Gregorian month.
You shall keep the feast of booths seven days, after that you have gathered in from your threshing floor and from your winepress: and you shall rejoice in your feast, you, and your son, and your daughter, and your male servant, and your female servant, and the Levite, and the foreigner, and the fatherless, and the widow, who are within your gates. You shall keep a feast to YAHWEH your ELOHIM seven days in the place which YAHWEH shall choose; because YAHWEH your ELOHIM will bless you in all your increase, and in all the work of your hands, and you shall be altogether joyful.
So on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when you have gathered in the fruits of the land, you shall keep the feast of YAHWEH seven days: on the first day shall be a solemn rest, and on the eighth day shall be a solemn rest.
For six days do your work, and on the seventh day keep the Sabbath; so that your ox and your donkey may have rest, together with the son of your servant and the man from a strange land living among you.
